Meet our team.

I began my yachting career in 2008 after working in London for 7 years as an IT Consultant. I quickly decided that I had found my niche in the yachting industry as an IT consultant within a large yacht management company who regularly required my AVIT knowledge on the yachts they managed. This resulted in me becoming an ETO / AVIT Officer. In addition to this role, my wife Nicci and I started Robertson ETO’s with the aim of providing exceptional ETO’s and AVIT Engineers to the ever-growing super yacht industry.

I have had the opportunity over the years to manage AVIT installations on various large new builds and refits, providing technical recommendations and support directly to Owners and Owners representatives.

I believe my knowledge in both the AVIT and ETO department, as well as recruitment allows me to have a rounded and professional approach to supporting Captains, Engineers and ETO's.

I grew up in Durban, South Africa and have had a love for the water from an early age. I started sailing competitively from the age of 7 and represented South Africa at several international regattas. After leaving school I followed a career into personal training for 10 years at a VIP gym in West London.

I returned to the water in 2008 working in the super yacht industry, but then took on the most challenging role of my career, raising three very energetic children with my husband.

I like to bring the enthusiasm and drive that I have acquired through various roles (including becoming a Mum!), to every area of Mimo Connect to ensure our customers always come first and have the best possible experience from enquiry through to delivery and beyond.

Stuart Green is a dynamic and highly motivated Account Manager with nearly 25 years of experience in sales across a number of industries. Bringing experience and enthusiasm to everything he does, Stuart is passionate about networking and is a firm believer in the old mantra that “people buy people first”.

Stuart always goes the extra mile, putting clients first and foremost and showing flexibility and adaptability to provide the ideal solution for each one. He is passionate about our industry and is always keen to introduce new and innovative ways in which we can help our customers.

Outside of the office he is a keen sportsman enjoying golf, rugby and cricket as well as coaching kid’s football for MIMO Connect-sponsored Hythe and Dibden YFC!

Toby brings a wealth of graphic design expertise to our team, with his UI/UX design background. Toby is passionate about the work we do here at MIMO Connect and has a real drive to support the growth of our business.

He has great attention to detail in everything he does and ensures we deliver work to a very high standard.

When not at work, Toby can be found skiing on the slopes in the winter, or on holiday somewhere in the summer chasing the sun.

Introducing our newest addition from the high seas: Ross, who brings a wealth of technical expertise to our support team. With a background in yachting as an ETO/AVIT and prior experience as a Network Technician, Ross's diverse skill set has proven to be an asset to our ever-expanding operations.

Originally hailing from South Africa, Ross first developed his passion for technology while helping an internet start-up grow from inception to fruition. He immerses himself in the intricacies of every project, ensuring a meticulous and comprehensive approach to getting the job done.

When he's not at the office, Ross can be found playing squash or tennis, watching films, or exploring the great outdoors.

Freddie works within RobertsonETOs and also a part of the MIMO Connect team. He is from South Wales where he grew up sailing competitively and represented the Welsh Squad at National competitions.

Throughout his later teenage years he coached young sailors. He left the UK after school to work onboard his first yacht at age 18 and worked in the yachting industry for 7 years. On his last yacht he was responsible for the maintenance and upgrades of network infrastructure, comms and AV where his love of tech came into play.

Freddie has worked in ETO recruitment for the last 5 years and brings this experience to help RobertsonETOs be the very best and first place to come for ETO and AVIT recruitment. Freddie is also a full time Firefighter in South Wales working within his community.
